Empowerment

Proman is an empowered, majority black owned and managed company whose staff is predominantly from previously disadvantaged communities. Not only does Proman score maximum points under the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Codes of Good Practise issued on the 9 February 2007, for ownership, but also scores extremely highly in the categories of management control, employment equity and skills development. The company’s character and culture from its inception in 1995 brightly reflects the ethos of the new South Africa.
